PENSIONS
Michael Royde provides pensions advice to his clients encompassing all areas of pension planning to include schemes for companies, groups and individuals.
Michael Royde specialises in providing advice on the SIPP (Self Invested Personal Pension)
The SIPP clients of Michael Royde are now all members of the Pilgrim SIPP, a bespoke arrangement which may only be joined after full advice and recommendation has been provided by Michael Royde.
In 2003, to improve efficiency and reduce costs, especially for larger funds, the SIPP administration was brought in-house and is now carried out at the Ringwood office under the trusteeship of Pilgrim Trustee Services Ltd.
The purpose of a pension is to provide income in retirement. Michael Royde believes that investment in commercial property is the best way to achieve both income and growth over the longer term.
Clients have already reaped the rewards of investment in property in their pension funds for the past 10 years by joining together in buying collectively owned commercial properties thus spreading the investment risk and allowing them to create a varied investment portfolio both in the UK and abroad.
Self investment in shares is available through the Pilgrim SIPP with accounts set up through Charles Stanley & Co Ltd, stockbrokers or a stockbroker of your choice.
Please contact Michael Royde to discuss your requirements and current pension arrangements.
